Senior Visual C++ Developer / Team Leader/Manager required by our Crawley, West Sussex (close to London and Horsham) based financial services client to help grow, lead and motivate a team of developers whilst contributing to the ongoing development of their core product. To be considered you will have experience of managing or team leading other software developers combined with a good grounding in OO development using Visual C++ for applications with an Oracle of SQL Server backend. This should be complemented with experience in using .NET technologies including C++/CLI and/or C# with experience of OOA and OOD using UML.
