This UK Studio, part of a Global Publisher, has put together a new team of experienced Programmers to work on a high profile title coming in 2005. The final key role is a Senior Programmer to take responsibility for the XBox implementation of this multi-platform project. You will Lead on a number of XBox specific implementations including XBox Live, in-depth Direct3D (shaders, effects, etc) and mentor members of the team in getting up to speed with these advanced areas. You will have a proven background in the Games Industry and be looking to play a key role in the future of the Studio. Clearly, you will need to have had exposure to the PC/XBox development environment (i.e. DirectX) and have good 3D maths, optimisation experience and previous experience of working on large scale projects with demanding milestones.
