A UK leader in its market is looking for SQL Server developers with roughly 12-18 months' experience. Skill set used there are ASP, VB, VB.NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Exchange Server, IIS, Win 2000/XP etc. This is a backend role not a web development role thereofr you must have server development experince .They would be interested in people who may not have commercial .NET server experience but would expect that they will have at least investigated what .NET technology offers. Preference will be given to candidates who have been involved in developing software for commercial release (external customers) as opposed to software for use within their own organisation.
