Based in Hertfordshire, our client is a small software house who develop, market and support their own range of system management products. Their clients include Lloyds TSB, HP, BBC and many smaller companies in the UK and worldwide. They are currently looking to recruit a high calibre DEVELOPER to join their team and work on their flagship PC inventory product. Your role will include the development and ownership of a web based reporting application to provide charting and dynamic reporting of hardware and software inventory stored within a database. To do this we require the following skills: good C, C++ skills together with experience of Windows API, Services, ADO/OleDB and SDK APIs. Web development experience with real world use of C#, ASP.NET and a good knowledge of SQL with experience of developing database agnostic is also required. Other nice to haves skills include: JavaScript and VisualBasic 6. The salary for this role will be in the region of £25-30,000 + bonuses + benefits.
