.NET Developer with skills in VB.NET or C# is required by our client, an international EPOS software house providing SQL Server based solutions to the retail industry based in Sale, Cheshire (close to Manchester). To be considered for this role you must have strong .NET development skills with excellent knowledge of data extraction and manipulation gained through experience with SQL Server or Oracle (not MS Access). Good T-SQL or SQL skills are essential with exposure to the likes of Crystal Reports or other Business Intelligence tools a bonus. This challenging opportunity will see you starting with the development and enhancement of reporting systems but with your skills growing to include OLAP etc as their BI requirement grows. Technical skills aside, you must have strong communication and good project management skills.
