A major telecommunications softwarehouse requires an exceptional individual to manage the Developer Services team (Currently 5 members). The team works closely with many complementary developer programs and developers from partners, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), major content owners and operators. The team delivers Tier 1-4 support and as the manager you will be responsible for bringing the delivery of services in line with industry best practice.
This is an exciting role working across internal and external developer market engagement programs to ensure alignment and delivery on mutually agreed objectives and marketing messages.

You will enjoy managing a diverse team engaged in a wide range of technologies, embracing new technology, and sharing your knowledge with the team. The role will expose you multinational's, ISVs and major mobile operators.
The successful candidate will have a technical degree with a background within Software engineering. (Symbian OS, C++ are highly desirable). Coupled with this you will have either a Project Management/Technical line management or Professional Services experience.
