Our client is one of the worlds largest game programmers and publishers looking for a skilled c++/C developer to work within their pc technology team. This would be a great move for a bright individual who wants to move into the games industry. You must have a
Good working knowledge of C/C++ along with the following
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Should have at least 2 years programming experience.
· Good Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (Computer science, Physics, Maths)
· Good communication skills.
· Enthusiasm for on-going learning and development.
· Team player.
· Good self-organizational abilities.
· Self motivated.
· Understanding of PC architecture, including Windows, DirectX, pixel and vertex shaders.
Desirable
· Experience of audio technology a definite benefit
· Unreal engine and/or UnrealScript experience is a definite advantage.
· Next-gen console programming experience is an advantage.
· Knowledge of graphics algorithms and programming a bonus.
· Experience with 3DS Max sdk.
