Web Developer/Application Helpdesk Technician with web development skills is required by our client, a leading provider of IT solutions based in Slough, Berkshire. Providing 1st line support to a European customer base, this role requires you to have 2+ years experience working in a customer/field service environment or equivalent experience. As well as excellent organization, time management and communication skills together with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems remotely. Knowledge of PHP is essential with exposure to as many of the following as possible: HTML, JavaScript, .NET, network Communication protocols and internet connectivity, Microsoft SQL server 7, MySQL or Oracle database application, and UNIX or Microsoft NT/2000 administration.
