Our client is a major games developer working on next generation PS3 games looking to recruit a high calibreAudio Programmer will be assisting with the development of low level audio systems. In addition the Programmer will be responsible for implementing audio content.
· An excellent knowledge of C++, OO design combined with the ability to create robust, quality code
· A knowledge of good data driven design techniques that can be demonstrated
· Good ability for low level programming in assembler on general CPUs or DSPs
· A good ear for excellent audio design
· Knowledge of audio effects development, positioning systems, audio compression schemes is also essential
· The ability to work well within teams and quickly work within other developers code
