You will be part of a team based in our client's Newbury office providing telephone support for our Housing Customers, testing software and producing user documentation.
Ideally, you will have 3 years experience with rent accounting at a Senior Housing Officer or Housing Manager level. Experience of Finance, Leasehold management or Supporting People would also be an advantage.
As a minimum, candidates must have some experience of working within a Housing organisation in a frontline service delivery role, Finance or IT Support. You should be methodical in your approach and a good problem solver.
Knowledge of IBS OPEN systems would be a distinct advantage
