Our client is the world's leading supplier of fibre optic cable systems for installation on overhead power lines. With a lively, friendly, informal culture and a self-motivated, dedicated and flexible team of people working at the UK sales and manufacturing site.

They currently seek a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on selected Products, based at the company's office located within easy walking distance of Swindon Centre, including bus and rail stations. You will respond to customer enquiries/quotes/orders/relations & day to day queries. You will maintain regular contact with Agents/customers & provide feedback to RSMs.

Your key activities within the role will be in the areas of:

* Customer Enquiries
* Customer Orders
* Customer Liaison & Management
* Administration
* Accounts/ Debts
* Internal Relations

You will be supporting sales mainly overseas, in a very competitive market. Your key job challenges will be to aid the RSMs in meeting Sales targets; to gain a good knowledge of the market in order to provide best quote/offer; and to maintain the correct ‘Sales' attitude with customers at all times. To fulfil this remit, you will require the following key knowledge and experience:

* Degree or HND level preferred although not essential (technical bias an advantage)
* Sales or Projects background an advantage
* Previous Administration experience essential.
* Knowledge of the Industry an advantage
* PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail
* Able to handle varied tasks when required
* Helpful & approachable attitude
* Able to work without Supervision
* Team Player
* Confident to communicate at all levels – both internal & external
* Presentable in appearance for meeting customers

The successful applicant will benefit from a salary of c£20-£23k dependent on level of experience, alongside benefits including annual bonus plan, contributory personal pension plan, private healthcare and life cover.
