An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Registry Administrator in the Consumer Contact Centre.
Your ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team will be key to your success, as will a strong initiative and an ability to absorb complicated information quickly. A GCSE or equivalent in English is essential, and education to A-level standard is preferred. Previous administrative office experience and customer enquiry handling is desirable, and you’ll need to be experienced in data entry and have a high level of keyboard skills.
