Our client is looking for a Training Administrator to support the company's IT Trainers with all their administrative requirements.

The role will involve being the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for the Training Services Department. The role will also involve handling all course booking requirements, responding to delegate needs and co-ordinating and preparing the schedule of learning events.

The company is one of the UK's leading IT Training providers with 3 prestigious training centres and a fleet of mobile classrooms. They provide a comprehensive range of integrated classroom and web based learning services to enable end users to improve their productivity and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing high quality administrative service in either a Training or Legal environment. You will be pro-active, able to use your own initiative and be competent in multi-tasking and prioritising your workload. Attention to detail is essential. You will also have a high standard of literacy and numeracy. You must have good communication and organisational skills, with a professional telephone manner. You will have scheduling experience and be competent in using MS office applications.
