The role will involve being the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for the Account Manager's present and potential client base. The role will also involve handling all course booking requirements, responding to customer needs and other ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing high quality customer service and administrative support in a commercial and sales environment. You will be pro-active, a team player and be competent in multi-tasking and prioritising your workload. Attention to detail is essential. You will also have a high standard of literacy and numeracy. You must have good communication and organisational skills and be competent in using MS office applications.
