Our client is looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support to their Managed Services team. The role will include receiving and actioning course bookings made by Managed Service clients and working within the procedures and processes to support all training events booked by Managed Service clients. The role will also provide advice to Managed Service clients regarding courses and other ad-hoc duties.
The company is one of the UK's leading IT Training providers with 3 prestigious training centres and a fleet of mobile classrooms. They provide a comprehensive range of integrated classroom and web based learning services to enable end users to improve their productivity and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing high quality customer service and administrative support in a commercial environment. You will be pro-active and a team player. Attention to detail is essential. You will also have a high standard of literacy and numeracy. You must have good communication and organisational skills and be competent in using MS office applications.
