Our client is looking for a Sales and Centre Support Assistant to work in the Birmingham Centre, located near to the NEC on the Birmingham Business Park. The candidate will be required to ensure the provision of efficient telephonist, reception and administrative support and be able to undertake administrative tasks to support the sales team.
The company is one of the UK's leading IT Training providers with 3 prestigious training centres and a fleet of mobile classrooms. They provide a comprehensive range of integrated classroom and web based learning services to enable both IT professionals and end users to improve their productivity and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months' administrative experience, will be pro-active and a team player. Attention to detail and good customer service skills are essential. You will also have a high standard of literacy and numeracy. You must have good communication and organizational skills and a confident telephone manner and be competent in using MS office, the internet and email.
