Our Client, with over 160 years experience offer a wide range of Financial services within the UK. Based in Birmingham their continued success means they are now looking for an Administrator – Sales Operations.
You will be assisting members of Sales operations on a day to day basis
Keys Responsibilities will include:
• Assist the team in producing reports and data for the Sales Force.
• Collecting and re-distribution of internal and external correspondence.
• Re-allocating clients to another advisor using the CDS system. According to the data protection guideline and within the Society Guidelines regarding segmentation.
• With reference to the above provide, assistance in re-distribution of client file(s).
• Collating supporting documentation and updating the Credit Card log provided a break down of cost for Financial Management accounts.
• Checking, updating and providing feedback on electronic Fax(s)
• Providing assistance in booking accommodation and travel for the field and Sales Operation
• Assisting the Student Liaison team, with budget allocation and database management for Sales made within Medical and Dental schools.
Skills Required
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of, word and access
• Advanced level in Excel
• An organised and flexible approach to work
• Willingness to work in a team based environment
• Attention to detail
