Office Administrator main duties will include
Typing of documents
Data input
Assisting with filing, photocopying and documents
Assisting with incoming/ outgoing mail
Switchboard cover as required
Taking telephone messages and distributing
Answering incoming queries via telephone, fax, email
Organizing meetings, booking conference rooms, travel arrangements
and any other office administration duties as and when needed.
