Our Client is a highly regarded financial management company based in Birmingham, their service, based on dedication and professionalism has caused them to grow through acquisitions and referrals. Their success has led to the need for a Secretarial Assistant.

Main Duties:
* Audio Typing of meeting note records and communications for and on behalf of Clay Rogers group Directors and employees,
* Adherence to compliance procedures,
* Importation of Contact, Introducer and Provider data into back office system so as to maintain integrity of Company records,
* Answering incoming telephone calls through the Company's main switchboard, whilst on determining the recipient's availability, connecting the caller with an appropriate introduction,
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the Company's boardrooms for the purpose of undertaking meetings,
* Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Company's reception areas,
* Greeting visitor(s) to the Company's premises, seating them in the reception area, providing them with refreshments, as well as the Company representatives who will be meeting with the visitor(s).
* Assisting with organising and co-coordinating of any group presentations or meetings in relation to the provision of equipment, refreshments and stationary requirements,
* Assisting with acquisition and maintenance of Company's office supplies, inventory and associated storage facilities,
* Assisting with the organising and co-coordinating of any Company social or sporting functions,
* Maintaining full records of all client transactions, communications and time costs.

Desired Experience:
Whilst training would be facilitated in relation to specific back office systems, experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous to the candidate fulfilling this position. Plus knowledge of Financial Services terminology would be of benefit.
