Working for the central administration services, this role is required to function across the group of companies. This is a key and challenging role, allowing the incumbent the opportunity to realise contributions at the highest level.
Responsible for:
•The urgent assessment of existing reporting mechanisms and outputs including a meticulous examination of the existing flaws
•Introducing resolutions to overcome identified flaws
•Regular production and distribution of a senior management reporting pack on the timelines as laid down
•Ongoing review of existing and required reports including liaising with Senior Management to understand reporting needs are met
•Restoring integrity into the central customer database
Requirements:
•A forward and progressive thinker with a tenacious approach to accurate and timely product delivery
•Pro-active approach to understanding and delivering information to key decision makers
•High level of effective influencing skills in order to gain buy-in from colleagues and contributors and thereby realise results
•Ability to deliver to deadlines
•Advanced Excel and data manipulation
•Knowledge of ACT! / CRM software would be a distinct advantage.
•High level of attention to detail
•Highly numerate
•Ability to work unsupervised
