Our client is committed to producing high quality products for major food service operations within the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist and administrator. This opportunity is offered on a part time basis 20 hours per week, plus cover for holiday in a job share arrangement. Using a meridian switchboard you will be responsible for handling all telephone enquires. You will be proficient in the use of Word and Excel and will be responsible for maintaining our inhouse database to record stock levels. You will be a customer focused person with a friendly and outgoing nature who can work in a busy and challenging environment. You must have excellent time management and prioritising skills. Initiative and drive is a must as is your ability to multi task. You will have the opportunity to assist different departments within the organisation from HR, Finance and Logistics.
