Our client is a youthful dynamic company providing a nationwide computer support service to both businesses and home users. They currently seek to recruit a Junior Support Administrator to join their successful team.
This varied role will include booking visits to home users and co-ordinating the background processes to ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service within the service levels required. The successful applicant will have:
* Minimum of one year's administration experience
* Experience of working to dead-lines
* Excellent oral and written skills
* A commitment to excellent customer service
* An organized and methodical work attitude
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
