Our client operate asset and equipment maintenance management programmes over a broad portfolio of equipment types for blue-chip clients in the bio-pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. They are based in St. Johns, Woking, Surrey, with established operations in the UK, France, Germany and the USA.
They have two vacancies in their organization for dynamic, self-motivated and highly organised account administrators. One vacancy is within their French customer servicing department. This person will be working alongside other French-speakers dealing with their French customer and supplier bases, by phone and in writing. The second vacancy is to spearhead a new project with one of their key UK based clients.
Duties will include:
1. developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers;
2. responding to client requests for servicing;
3. liaising with suppliers to ensure that work is carried out on a timely basis; and
4. collating information and preparing reports for clients and company management.
The successful candidates will:
1. have excellent data handling/processing skills especially in Excel;
2. be highly numerate and able to work with a high level of attention to detail;
3. work well under their own initiative, prioritizing work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment;
4. be an excellent communicator; and
5. in the case of the French department vacancy, MUST be highly fluent in French (possibly having French as a first language).
Additionally, a scientific, technical or engineering background from within our market area would receive special consideration.
