Our client is committed to producing high quality products for major food service operations within the UK. They are part of a leader in global food ingredient markets and a leading consumer food processing and marketing organisation in selected European markets.
They are seeking to recruit a Customer Logistics Administrator to provide their customers with a fully focused and timely service by maintaining efficient planning, product stock and control systems on a cost effective basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining and circulating pick sheets, printing dispatch dockets for various sites, recording stock figures, ordering and monitoring food service stock requirements, and general administration in regard to purchase orders, invoices, credit claims, as well as other reporting duties.
You must have good IT skills particularly in the use of MS Word and Excel, be a team player with initiative and able to work alone. You will have a good command of English, have demonstrated ability at working to deadlines and be self motivated. A good telephone manner is essential as is a willingness to help and communicate to people.
Ideally, you have worked in a similar role previously.
