Services company based in Edinburgh seek experienced (7 years + )administrator/office manager to take over the running of a busy office. Attention to detail and strong Excel and spreadsheet skills are essential as you will be logging hours of operatives to then bill on to the client. You will be the hub of the operation, keeping track of where staff are, answering phones and general office duties to fully support the Contract Manager in the day to day running of the contract.
