Skills and Attributes:
? Excellent and rigorous administration skills.

? PC literate with experience in the use of Database Systems, Microsoft Office and with the ability to rapidly learn new skills.

? Preferred candidates will have knowledge/experience of the semiconductor industry and/or use of database systems such as IFS.
Main Objectives of Role:
? Database Change Administrator responsibilities for responding to formal requests to create new, modify existing and changing status of database entries that define all of parts.
? Communication with Marketing, Manufacturing Planners and Engineering will be required to ensure the change requests are properly defined and there is an adequacy of information provided.
? All requests to be documented on an approval form used for definition and agreement of the specification of part numbers, routings and status.
? Self regulation of the database entries for consistency and completion. A monitor of outstanding data and documents will need to be maintained and actively chased up.
? Chasing up the closure of all identified actions from people outside the group.
? Provide support to the department manager or Change Controller Supervisor, when requested, for tasks that document project status completion.
