Redline are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Aberdeen. Our client designs and manufactures small to medium-sized electric ROV systems that are used worldwide by institutions ranging from oil and gas to oceanographic and military.
The role of the Sales Administrator is to provide sales invoicing and other related assistance to the busy Sales Department. Duties will include but not be limited to; creating new sales job folders and raising purchase orders, arranging delivery for UK/International shipments, liaising with customers and invoicing of completed jobs.
For this role you are required to have good educational achievements. You must be numerate and literate and able to communicate fluently with differing internal and external groups. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role.
