Redline are currently recruiting for a Production Co-ordinator in Aberdeen. Our client designs and manufactures small to medium-sized electric ROV systems that are used worldwide by institutions ranging from oil and gas to oceanographic and military.
The role of the Production Co-ordinator is to provide administration allowing the smooth running of the Production and Operations Department, by processing of parts, drawings, data and information from order receipt to despatch. Be the focal point for day to day handling of all issues pertaining to the company work order system and the handling of productions enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; reviewing incoming sales orders ensuring all necessary administration, purchasing and planning are actioned. Processing of work orders to allow manufacture of equipment for production. Stock management to ensure stock is available in time for production schedule.
For this role you are required to have good educational achievements. You must be numerate and literate and able to communicate fluently with differing internal and external groups. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role.
