Redline are currently recruiting for an Operations / Sales Assistant to be based in Aberdeen. Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture and production of completion products for the Oil and Gas Industry.
The purpose of the Operations / Sales Assistant role in Aberdeen is to provide a business focussed and effective, frontline support and administration service to Drilling Services Aberdeen. Main duties will include but not be limited to; providing a professional and efficient front line telephone answering and message taking service where staff are engaged on other calls or when the phone is unattended, Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, dealing with personnel logistics and utilising the company purchasing system.
Applicants should have had experience within a similar role, not necessarily within the oil and gas industry.
