An opportunity has arisen for an assistant Facilities manager to join my client based in Westhill, Aberdeen. This will be based on a 6-12 month contract with one of the major players within the oil and gas industry.
You will be co-ordinating the Facilities management function to ensure that all site properties are serviced, maintainer and secured. All monthly reports must be completed accurately and you will be ensuring that all purchase requisitions, call-offs and service entries are created as required and in accordance with P & M procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
Be educated to HND or equivalent in Administrative/Business Studies type course, preferred.
Have a Facilities qualification or professional membership, beneficial.
SAP experience, necessary
You must have relevant background experience in facilities management and be prepared to visit my clients other sites when required.
