Their industry knowledge is extensive, with particular depth in finance, telecoms, utilities, manufacturing and the public sector - meaning they don't just understand the technical issues that clients face, but also the business context. The company employs approximately 900 employees in the UK (9,200 in Europe) across sites in Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Horsham, Oxford, Birmingham, Stevenage and Glasgow, and currently seeks an Office Administrator.
The successful applicant will join another permanent Senior Office Administrator and be responsible for the coordination of a number of key reporting and administrative activities necessary for the smooth running of the Region. This will involve liaison with Regional Management, project managers, sales and head office personnel.
You will also be responsible for the creation of 2 key financial reports on a monthly basis, using a series of in-house developed financial systems. This takes approximately 5 days per month, and hence exposure to financial applications and a good level of numeracy are very important. In detail the monthly processes are:
* Completion of End of Month process (generating a monthly P&L report and invoice)
* Completion of P&L forecast for next quarter
* Other Minor Financial Reporting
Within the post, additional duties will require the successful applicant to deal with:
* Suppliers – maintaining PO log / verification of supplier invoices

* Minor HR administration for the BU
* Travel arrangements
* Office supplies / post
To fulfil these duties successfully, our client requests that applicants are:
* Financially aware
* Possessing good written English
* Very good numeracy skills.
* Personable and well organised.
In addition, as our client is part of a large French organisation, an applicant with French language skills would be considered very favourably. Whilst not an essential the applicant would certainly have opportunity to utilise their skills in this area.
Our client will be interviewing for this role in the next 2-3 weeks and a start date of the beginning of July will then be required, therefore please do not apply if you have longer than 3-4 weeks' notice period.
If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your CV along with cover letter stating your current salary details and availability (i.e. notice period), via the button shown.
Our client is striving towards Equal Opportunities and employs people based solely on merit, regardless of their gender, ethnic status, religion, age or disability.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, please do not apply if you are not eligible.
