THE OPPORTUNITY:
Service Administrator
Oxfordshire, Oxford
up to £14,000 p.a.
The role of the Service Administrator requires a good communicator with a methodical approach who can work closely with both the service team and customers, and is comfortable working accurately within a busy showroom environment.
The characteristics of this position include:
• Provide high quality customer service by telephone, email and in writing
• Accurately maintain and update manual & database records on all vehicles in branch
• Process invoices and carry out credit control
• Investigate & resolve service and invoice queries
• Pro-actively advise Service Manager of any service issues
• 40 hour week Mon to Fri, plus one Saturday in three on a rota basis, paid time and a half
To be successful you should have:
• Motor trade experience preferred
• Ability to work in an accurate and methodical way
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer facing skills
