Our Client, one of the UK's leading technology companies, work in partnership with some of the top names in the industry to provide you with an extensive range of services to meet all their clients' needs. Their success has lead to a requirement for a Services Co-ordinator in Harrogate.
This role is mainly administrative, although strong customer services skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workload in line with customers requirement
The Department acts as a central point of contact for the customer and co-ordinates the job/project and also liaises with other internal Departments within Fairbridge, as well as external companies such as BT to gain/supply information in such a way as to produce an acceptable solution for the customer, within the remit of the original sales proposal.
Jobholder Specification
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrate excellent written verbal communication skills in a variety of styles.
- The ability to handle challenging customers in a calm and professional manner.

- Proven ability to deliver results while working within a stressful environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the service level (SLA) specified by both internal and external customers.

Basic knowledge of Internet and network services would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given
