Working within the Business Operations team your main focus will be to provide a high level of customer service to internal/external customers.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive pre and post sales support
* Build and maintain good working relationships with customers
* Prompt response to customer requests
* Comprehensive support to Account Managers/Business Development
* Maintain a good and up to date working knowledge of customer accounts
* Prompt attention to any problems/escalations
* Set up loan agreements, maintain validity and documentation co-ordinate their return
* Sales Order Processing
* Regular review of order book list to ensure correctness, including any necessary amendments.
* Co-ordinate staging and pre-delivery checks/tests as required.
* Maintain hard copy and electronic working files, ensuring these are up to date at all times.
* Update of Sales Database and contact database as required.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

* A willingness and aptitude to learn about ADVA's products/ services and administrative procedures
* Pro-active approach to problem solving
* Ability to clearly define project objectives; effectively liaise with/co-ordinate involvement of necessary parties
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly customer focused
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Positive attitude
* Previous Sales Ordering experience is an advantage
