Our client currently seeks a PA to join their team on a seven month maternity cover contract.
You will provide full PA/Secretarial/Admin support to the Head of Business Services and members of the Business Services Team.
Operating within a busy department which is responsible for the management of the company's properties and the operation of a wide range of office services and facilities, you will, as and when required, provide PA support to the Director of Operations to cover his permanent PA during days off and holidays.
Key accountabilities for the role will include:
* Personal support to the Head of Business Services and support to the Director of Operations, as necessary to compliment the part-time working pattern of his PA.
* General Secretarial / Admin support to the Business Services Department (10 staff).
* Maintain key departmental records / systems.
* Administer day to day operation of company policy.
* Undertake various project activities as directed / required (E.g. Car Parking administration, Environmental Projects, Health & Safety administration).
* Responsible for booking and maintaining two meeting rooms within the department.
* Hotel and travel arrangements.
For this role, we are looking for candidates with:
* Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent computer skills – word, excel, PowerPoint, vision, outlook.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Team player.
* Excellent keyboard skills.
* Audio Typing.
* Flexible.
* Able to use initiative.
* Good telephone manner.
