Our Client is a leader in providing subscription fulfillment and marketing services to publishers. The role is to provide active support to the Account Managers in managing the needs of a defined group of client publishers.
This will be achieved in three specific ways.
Firstly they must assist the Account Manager on everyday ad hoc tasks as required. This type of task might be filing, mailings, progress chasing, memo distribution etc.
Secondly, and most importantly, the Account Executive will be given some key tasks for which they alone will be responsible for undertaking and completing.
Thirdly the Account Executive will form an integral part of the communication process both in terms of internal briefings and with clients. Account Executives will be expected to provide cover for the Account Manager when they away from their desks during meetings, breaks or holidays.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator and offer a minimum of 2 years office experience, will be computer literate and able to work well under pressure. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written as you will be an integral part of the communication process, both internally and with clients. Have excellent organisational skills and be a flexible and an enthusiastic team player.
