Established in 1987, our client is one of the largest and fastest growing independent electrical distributors both within the UK and abroad.
Due to the rapid expansion of their overseas business they are looking to recruit a Bid Estimator for their Projects Division.
Responsible to the Bid Manager, duties will include the timely and accurate submission of tenders for their large overseas contracts. This will include the negotiation of prices and lead times to ensure the most competitive package possible is obtained, as per their customer specifications.
Applicants must be highly motivated, a strong team player, and IT literate. Experience both in the electrical industry and tender preparation would be an advantage.
