Our client is a small but growing IT services company who currently seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant/Administrator.
The company requires a person with a minimum of 18 months' bookkeeping/accounts and office administration experience, with the focus on bookkeeping. Daily duties will include: dealing with mail, booking training courses, managing stationery, arranging business lunches, checking expense claims, processing Sales and Purchase ledger transactions, bank transactions, client billing, following up invoice queries, managing support contract renewals etc.
In addition you will eventually manage most aspects of the personnel records and information for the company intranet. You will be involved in the implementation of efficient systems to streamline the administrative and accounting processes.
