Point of contact for Welfare Service users enquiries, complaints & requests on weekly rotating shifts. Provide answers to enquiries where possible, refer other issues to relevant departments for resolution and keep User updated. General admin support – card management, order fulfilment, fault reporting etc. You have good communication skills & can impart accurate & timely information to a variety of personnel via a variety of media with 3 years customer service background in military/defence.
