Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a PA to the Director of Food & Beverage. You will provide essential administration support to the F&B Director, ensure the smooth running of the F&B department and effectively communicate with the department and other departments. Your duties will include undertaking projects as directed by the Director, representing the Director using discretion and confidentiality at all times, liaison with Board, Hotel Executive Team and their PA?s to ensure effective communication, liaison with guests to organise restaurant reservations, answering any questions they may have and handling complaints/problems. You will carry out general secretarial duties on a daily basis, including collating monthly expenses, purchase order procedures, maintaining diary, arranging meetings, maintaining filing system, taking minutes of F&B meetings, admin of objectives of F&B department and ad hoc admin support wherever necessary to the F&B department. For this role you must have excellent PC skills : Word, Outlook, Excel, smart personal presentation, excellent verbal / written communication skills as well as good organisation and administration skills and have good time management. Previous hotel experience in Food and Beverage is essential so that you have the understanding of how the department functions. In return they offer an excellent salary with live in for the first 3 months.
