Secretary to support Staff up to Senior Managers including general secretarial and administrative duties, Diary Management & managers mail, Meeting minutes, report production, Word & PowerPoint presentations, arranging travel etc. Also: stationary stock and budget, expense claims, Organising meetings in UK and overseas. call & visit handling. (Will include site meetings). You will have 5 yrs+ experience PC Literate, high level of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Good People Skills.
