Our Client, part of Akzo Nobel, the world's largest coatings company, specialise in providing industry with powder coatings and wet paint in a wide range of specifications and colours via a regional network of centres. An important reason for their success is their pursuit of excellence in customer service. They have highly dedicated and motivated teams who work together in order to realise that goal.
They are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join the internal team in their Salford centre. The principle responsibilities of the role are proactive and include, taking and processing orders from customers (business to business), sourcing products from internal suppliers, expanding initial sales and resolving customer queries and problems.
An excellent communicator you will be able to demonstrate a polite & professional telephone manner. Strong customer service skills with a high level of accuracy are a prerequisite.
Ideally you will be educated in a business, admin or customer service discipline or have a minimum of 2-3 years customer service experience.
The appointment carries a competitive starting salary with periodic salary reviews, bonus scheme & pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (1hr lunch).
