Our client, based in Pendlebury, Greater Manchester, currently seeks a Part Time Receptionist to join their busy team.
This in an immediate requirement for an experienced receptionist/administrative secretary with excellent customer-facing and communication skills. With front of house and telephone experience, you will be a competent receptionist looking for an exciting and challenging part time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, inbound call patching and taking messages. You will also assist the administration team with ad hoc duties, including updating databases, general correspondence and typing memos.
Previous reception experience is essential, and you should be able to project a smart, professional image. The experience to deal effectively with people at all levels is a pre-requisite, whilst you will be expected to deal with all requests and incoming calls promptly.
