Our client is a specialist music technology provider to the UK education sector that has diversified into developing innovative education-specific IT solutions. Counterpoint has shown steady growth in profitability over the last few years whilst developing it’s own education software. This sales support role is an administrative role, supporting our existing sales consultants, enabling them to optimise their level and quality of customer contact. A person with strong administrative skills, excellent telephone manner and confident with IT, is required for immediate start as part of a small but busy education sales team. The role will involve reacting to sales enquiries, creating quotations and accompanying documentation, dealing with customer queries, and supporting at exhibitions / presentations.
