Swan iT Recruitment is a successful Recruitment company based in Chesham / Buckinghamshire.
We are look for a sharp administrator to assist us with the following:
·Adding new Candidates to in-house database (Voyager).·
Contacting these candidates via telephone for key information
Adding new Clients to in-house database.·
Sending out Interview Confirmations to candidates.·
Running switchboard.·
Advertising requirements on the Internet and handling responses.·
Administration support for all of the Consultants in the office. This includes creating and updating weekly spreadsheets of current roles and interviews.·
General housekeeping on database.·
Other general office administration.
You will be out going with a fun personality and must have an eye for detail.
