Process Engineer, South Wales, CVD, cleanroom, semiconductors, troubleshooting, six sigma, SPC, FMEA
My client is a leader in the supply of wafers and substrates to the semiconductor industry.
Key functions for this role will include:
Performing customer qualifications on reactors to meet the required specifications.
Troubleshooting process problems and implementing permanent fixes using a 4d Methodology.
R&D work developing and improving advanced Materials.
You should have previous experience as a process engineer in a Clean Room / Semiconductor Environment, preferably in CVD.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of 6sigma tools including SPC, FMEA and problem solving techniques.
