A major semiconductor company require a Semiconductor Process Eng to take responsibility of the technical support, development and sustaining engineering in the Implant area. You will focus on improving yield, wafer cost and cycle time. You will need a degree in Physics, Electronics or related and 5+ years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, as well as experience of Axcellis GSD & NV10 Ion Implanters. (Please mention equipment experience when applying)
