Our client is currently looking for a Technical Assistant/Lab Analyst who will be responsible for the laboratory analysis and the preparation/ update of technical documents. They will also be responsible for the internal auditing of the quality system and the inspection of co-products. We would like to hear from applicants with a related degree in food, microbiology or chemistry, however applicants with A Levels and some lab experience will be considered. The hours of work are Mon - Fri, 9.00am-
