Our client is the UK’s leading Partnership Consultancy based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, providing advice, facilitation and negotiation services to it’s client and creating strategic marketing partnerships for ‘affinity groups’ and product and service providers. Roles and Responsibilities: To work on client projects, including: * Project management and working as a team member on other projects * Identifying key client/project issues and being proactive in suggesting solutions * Liaising with senior clients and other key contacts in respect of project work * Attending project, client and internal meetings and producing contact reports * Leading and participating in brainstorms, idea generation, etc. * Developing financial/analytical models * Compiling project reports and presentations, including presenting * Managing and undertaking desk/secondary research tasks - Identifying and accessing data from sources including in-house library, on-line databases, trade associations & industry bodies, trade & national press, government departments, specialist libraries, etc. * Managing and undertaking market/customer/member/supporter research - Preparing research questionnaires & discussion guides, implementing research (via post, telephone, face to face and/or focus groups) and selecting & managing external suppliers * Assimilating and analysing data - Relating to organisations, industry sectors, products/services, market research results, etc. To assist in prospecting for new business, including: * Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients * Developing contacts with potential prospects * Preparing briefings/reports in advance of prospecting meetings * Attending prospecting meetings and producing contact reports * Recording key data in diary/contact management systems * Contributing, as required, in supporting & implementing marketing and PR plans Other activities: * Research and maintain information on key developments in the affinity marketplace * Collate and maintain client/project records according to established business systems Experience, skills and Qualifications: Two to three years relevant working experience in one or more of the following areas: Partnership marketing Project and account management Marketing with one or more blue chip companies Desk and/or market research Analysis Marketing planning and analysis
