Our Client based in Twickenham, Requires temp staff to Work on behalf of a major UK business to acquire new customers through outbound calling. Converting cold calls to sales from profiled data and working to set targets. Contacting potential customer’s, identifying customers needs, promoting appropriate products, engaging the customer and closing the sale. Your sales professionalism will represent the brand and communicate quality to potential customers. Tasks and skills - Proven skills and experience in generating customer desire and closing sales, Meeting and exceeding performance targets – not believing in mediocrity, Initiates sales of specific products to outbound contacts and cross/up sells where appropriate, Seeking guidance in unexpected situations both for reasons of self development and customer satisfaction, Ensure that all complaints are logged on the database, accurately and consistently, Identify sales issues and escalate to Line Manager, Ensure all procedures and Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to, Ensure personal product knowledge is kept up to date at all times, including being aware of all changes to policy, procedures and promotions with the client, To pro-actively promote the client brand – every call should have a positive outcome regardless of a sale being made
